UPCYCLED STROOPWAFEL

*MADE WITH REPURPOSED WAFFLE BITS*

What is an “upcycled stroopwafel”?

A stroopwafel is one of our favorite Dutch treats, where a thin layer of caramel is sandwiched in between two cinnamon-y waffle cookies. But when we make these delectable treats, the round cookie shapes are cut out of a larger cookie sheet, and so much tasty waffle goodness gets left behind.

An UPCYCLED STROOPWAFEL means we've taken those delicious leftover bits and mixed them into the batter to make brand new cookies. Every bite you take contains 12.5% repurposed cookies—but 100% of the same YUM!
