These are the perfect way to kick off Christmas morning or celebrate that Christmas is coming any time of day. Start with Belgian Boys’ fluffy, airy, and irresistible Bite-Sized Pancakes. Slice fresh strawberries for layering between the pancakes, then cut the end of a strawberry to make Santa’s hat. Use a rolling pin to flatten marshmallows to layer between the pancakes and the strawberry slices, and a mini marshmallow to form the white tip at the end of Santa’s hat.
