Chocolate Mummy Stroopwafels

Chocolate stroopwafel mummies

These spooky Halloween treats will have your neighborhood trick-or-treaters running for their mummies! Okay, maybe our Choco Stroopwafels aren’t that scary, but these crunchy, caramelly sandwich cookies layered in dark Belgian chocolate are perfect for sharing with mummies and daddies alike.

Whisk together a white glaze by mixing three cups of confectioners’ sugar with 12 teaspoons of water. Drizzle over your Choco Stroopwafels in crisscrossing streaks to create the mummy’s wraps and attach two candy eyeballs using the glaze as a glue. Now quick, take a bite before your chocolate mummy bites you first!

Spiderweb Choco Caramel Cookie Tarts

Spider web cookie tarts

Those spiders need a home, like these lovely cookie webs. Our Choco Caramel Cookies Tarts are the base of these fun creations. Made in France with real butter and sugar, they’re ready to become spooky—yet pretty—spiderwebs. All you need is a tube of white icing and a toothpick for these easy, DIY spiderweb cookies: Start by making spirals of white icing on the chocolaty top of each cookie, then draw lines down from the center out with a toothpick to create the “web effect”. Serve them with their spider companions for the ultimate Halloween cookie combo.

Pumpkin Mini Pancakes

Pumpkin mini pancakes

More cute than creepy, this Halloween treat idea makes a fun and festive breakfast or adorable finger food for a Halloween party. Known as poffertjes in the Netherlands, our light and airy Bite-Sized Pancakes are the perfect base for your pumpkins.

Heat up in the microwave or stovetop, then cover with a glaze of orange frosting and top with a green marzipan stem (or pipe your own with stiff green royal frosting). Repeat until you have an entire mini pumpkin patch!

Vampire Mouth Stroopwafel Sandwiches

Vampire mouth stroopwafels

You’ll need some red food coloring to make the vampires’ gums, mini-marshmallow teeth, and almond-sliver fangs. Our Dutch Caramel Stroopwafels—two crunchy waffle cookies sandwiching a layer of gooey caramel—create the perfect mouth. Cut them in half for a convincing mouth-like shape, then spread a layer of red frosting on each Stroopwafel half. Add mini marshmallows, placing them side by side along the entire curved edge. Top them with the other half of the Stroopwafel, then add two almond sliver fangs. Scary!

Coffin Almond Butter Cakes

Almond butter cake coffins

All you need is a little royal frosting to turn our Almond Butter Cakes into frightfully decadent edible coffins. Made in France with real butter and sugar, these delicately flavored almond loaf cakes have a moist and dense texture with a thin, crispy exterior.

For an easy Halloween treat, simply cut off the corners to achieve a coffin shape. Slice a horizontal layer from the top of the cake to create the coffin lid and decorate with piped icing, or make your own cream cheese frosting with this surprisingly easy recipe.

The classic RIP will do the trick, or, if you’re feeling ambitious, try piping a skeleton shape with white icing on the bottom slice. Set the lid back on top, slightly askew. There you have it, creepy coffin cakes your family and friends will die over!

Candy Corn Belgian Waffles

Candy corn Belgian waffles

Whatever your opinion on candy corn, we can all agree on waffles! Our Original Belgian Waffles are made with brioche dough and pearl sugar in the city of Liege in Belgium. Halloween-ify them by slicing them into triangles to resemble a candy corn shape. Then decorate the slices with a layer of orange frosting—you can make your own cream cheese frosting and add some orange food coloring, or store-bought works, too. Dip the tips into melted white chocolate and voila! Candy corn for breakfast!
